What you'll walk away with

This course opens roles like Track Design Engineer, Maintenance & Predictive Systems Engineer, and Derailment Investigation Specialist. In India, Track Engineers average around ₹15 lakhs a year, with senior RAMS and systems-engineering leads earning well beyond that on metro and high-speed rail projects. The typical path: junior track/design engineer, then senior engineer or maintenance lead, then project or asset manager, then head of track systems. Employers span infrastructure majors like DFCCIL and L&T Metro Rail, rail OEMs, and international rail contractors.

A Proud Milestone - I’m delighted to share that I have completed the Executive Post Graduate Programme in Rail Management (Cohort Batch-2) from IIM Kashipur. My sincere thanks to everyone who supported me throughout this 14-month journey. The programme reignited the same curiosity and passion I felt after completing my engineering. The on-campus bootcamp at IIM Kashipur was truly enriching, and earning IIM alumni status is a matter of immense pride. I look forward to staying connected with the alumni community and applying these learnings to contribute meaningfully to the rail industry. A milestone achieved, a journey that continues.
