This is a self-paced course. You can study as per your convenience.
Around 3-4 hours of self-study in a week should be sufficient to learn and understand the concepts.
Student support is available 7 days a week. You can write to [email protected], or WhatsApp urgent queries to +91 8420658679. A course coordinator also engages with learners to keep them on track with deadlines and submissions. Academic queries are resolved by faculty within 48-72 hours, and you get access to all course updates for one year.
The assessment is an online, multiple-choice test taken through the portal in proctored mode on a laptop/PC, typically lasting 60-90 minutes. You need to score 60% to qualify. Results are announced within a week of the assessment, and certificates are sent in PDF format within 7-15 days of results.
You get two free attempts to qualify the assessment. Beyond two attempts, a fee of $50 per attempt applies to retake it.
Access to the Support Team is available for one year from purchase, between 11 AM and 9 PM, Monday to Friday, to help resolve queries during and after the course.
LMS access is provided within the next 24 business hours after enrolment and remains available for a year, covering class recordings, PPTs, PDFs, and assignments. Access to the support team is granted instantly as well.
