Once enrolled, the course fee cannot be transferred to another program, batch, or individual. We appreciate your understanding, as each course is designed with a specific schedule and structure to ensure effective learning.
Access to course materials and sessions will be activated only after successful confirmation of payment. The access will remain valid as per the duration mentioned in the course guidelines. Any request for extension may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may involve additional charges.

Around 3-4 hours of self-study in a week should be sufficient to learn and understand the concepts.

A course coordinator also engages with learners to keep them on track with deadlines and submissions. Academic queries are resolved by faculty within 48-72 hours, and you get access to all course updates for one year.
The assessment is an online, multiple-choice test taken through the portal in proctored mode on a laptop/PC, typically lasting 60-90 minutes. You need to score 60% to qualify. Results are announced within a week of the assessment, and certificates are sent in PDF format within 7-15 days of results.
You get two free attempts to qualify the assessment. Beyond two attempts, a fee of $50 per attempt applies to retake it.
Access to the Support Team is available for one year from purchase, between 11 AM and 9 PM, Monday to Friday, to help resolve queries during and after the course.
LMS access is provided within the next 24 business hours after enrolment and remains available for a year, covering class recordings, PPTs, PDFs, and assignments. Access to the support team is granted instantly as well.
