A course coordinator engages with learners to keep them on track with deadlines and submissions, and academic queries are resolved by faculty within 48-72 hours. You will have access to all course updates for one year.
The assessment is an online, proctored, multiple-choice test taken on a laptop or PC, lasting between 60 and 90 minutes. You need to score 60% to qualify. Results are announced within a week of the assessment, and certificates are sent in PDF format within 7-15 days of the results announcement.
You get two free attempts to qualify the assessment. Beyond two attempts, you will need to pay $50 per attempt to retake the assessment.
Your access to the support team is for one year from purchase of the course, available between 11 AM and 9 PM, Monday to Friday. The team will help resolve queries during and after the course.
