What is the assessment process?
The assessment is conducted online through a multiple-choice test on the portal, taking 60-90 minutes in proctored mode on a laptop/PC. You need to score 60% to qualify. Results are announced within a week of the assessment, and certificates are sent in PDF format within 7-15 days of results.

What if I do not qualify the assessment of an online course?
You get two free attempts to qualify. Beyond that, each further attempt costs $50.

What if I have queries after I complete this online course?
Your access to the Support Team is for one year from purchase of the course and is available between 11AM and 9PM, Monday to Friday. The team will help resolve queries during and after the course.
