How much self-study is required each week?
Around three to four hours of self-study per week should be sufficient to learn and understand the concepts.

A course coordinator engages with learners to keep them on track with deadlines and submissions, offer guidance, and resolve non-academic queries. Academic queries are answered by faculty within 48–72 hours, and course updates remain accessible for one year.

What is the assessment process?
The assessment is an online, proctored, multiple-choice test taken on a laptop or PC. It lasts 60–90 minutes, requires a 60% score to qualify, and results are announced within a week. Certificates are sent as PDFs within 7–15 days after results are announced.

What happens if I do not qualify on the first assessment attempt?
You receive two free attempts. Further attempts cost $50 each.

Can I get support after completing the course?
Support-team access is available for one year from purchase, from 11 AM to 9 PM, Monday to Friday.

How soon do I receive learning-content access?
