How much time do I need for self-study to complete the course successfully?
Around three to four hours of self-study per week should be sufficient to learn and understand the concepts.

A course coordinator also helps you stay on track with deadlines and submissions, and resolves non-academic queries. Academic queries are answered by faculty within 48–72 hours. You will have access to course updates for one year.

What is the assessment process?
The assessment is an online, proctored, multiple-choice test taken through the portal, lasting 60–90 minutes on a laptop or PC. You need to score 60% to qualify. Results are announced within a week, and certificates are issued in PDF format within 7–15 days of the results announcement.

What if I do not qualify the assessment?
You get two free attempts to qualify. Beyond that, each additional attempt costs $50.

What if I have queries after completing this online course?
Access to the Support Team lasts one year from purchase, available 11 AM–9 PM Monday to Friday. The team helps resolve queries during and after the course.
